Structure of Seribu Islands Regency Administration Streamlined

The City Administration conducted streamlining of Seribu Islands Administration.

The important is, the efficiency structure will not dismiss the function of each SKPD

As many as 6 Regional Working Unit (UKPD) are planned to be removed and integrated into the existing UKPD. Those UKPDs are Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-Department will be integrated into Disaster Mitigation Agency and Water Management Sub-Department will be removed and integrated into Environmental Division.

Then, Cleanliness Sub-Department integrated into the structure of Sub-district's Employment, Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department integrated to One-Stop Integrated Service, Satpol PP integrated to public security agency (Kesbang) and Communications, Informatics, and Public Relations Sub-Department integrated to Tourism and Culture Sub-Department.

Employment Department Section in Seribu Island to Be Removed

The Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat told, the structure streamlining is purposed as efficiency for budget and tightening employment structure that certainly needed thus potential in Seribu Islands keeps developed.

"The important is, the efficiency structure will not dismiss the function of each SKPD,"

His party, Djarot stated, hopes the streamlining could save budget up to Rp 19,4 billion and Regional Budget amounted to Rp 500 billion.

Besides that, he added, employee number in Seribu Island is much compared with the population number that is 700 employees consisting of 200 echelon and the rests are staffs.

Eventually, Seribu Islands Civil Servants will be moved to region.

"Eventually, the ones who are assigned in Seribu Islands are those who have adventurous spirit thus they can focus on doing their duty," he closed.
